Early Life
Jenkins was born as Sanela Dijana Catic in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Yugoslavia to a middle-class family in 1973. Her parents were working, her father was an economist while her mother was an auditor.
In 1992, she was forced to leave the country due to war while studying at Sarajevo. She spent a year in Croatia as a refugee before moving to London. Her brother was allegedly killed by Serb soldiers at the age of 21.
She was fortunate enough to continue her studies at City University, London after two years. She graduated with a degree in bachelors in science in Economics and Computer Science with honors.

Career
Jenkins began to work for Melissa Odabash and later acquired the swimwear line. She currently serves as the company’s CEO of Neuro Line, a line of beverages, which was created by her. The company is based in California.
She then began D Empire Entertainment, a music record label that represented new talents, and well-recognized artists with a new perspective on artistic creativity, ideation, branding, recording, licensing, and distributing.
Jenkins joined the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in Season 12. She is now recognized as a businesswoman, philanthropist, mother, refugee, and survivor of the war that took place in Bosnia, Sarajevo.
She was not only behind creating profitable ventures but also created a not-for-profit campaign that raises awareness of Human Rights negligence. The awareness engages with celebrities as well to raise awareness on the same.
