Early Life
On October 20, 1958, Scott Oliver Hall was born in St. Mary’s County, Maryland, about 70 miles south of Washington, D.C. He experienced childhood as an army brat who relocated once a year till he was fifteen years old. In Munich, West Germany, he went to high school.
Career
Hall debuted in 1984 before contracting with the WWF in 1992 under the moniker Razor Ramon and rose to stardom. He claimed the WWF Intercontinental Championship 4 times while still working for the business.
In 1996, he left the business and fled to WCW, where he joined Hulk Hogan and Kevin Nash as founding members of the New World Order faction. He won the WCW United States Heavyweight Championship twice.
He also won the WCW World Television Championship once, and the WCW World Tag Team Championship nine times during his stay with the promotion. In February 2000, he left WCW and briefly resurfaced to the WWF (now WWE) in 2002.
He wrestled for the entirety of his career for companies including Extreme Championship Wrestling, New Japan Pro-Wrestling, and Total Nonstop Action Wrestling, where he once owned the TNA World Tag Team Championship with Kevin Nash and Eric Young.

Dana Lee Burgio was Razor Ramon’s wife when he wedded her in 1990. Hall’s drug habit caused their separation in 1998. They divorced again in 2001 and remarried in 1999. In 2006, Razor Ramon wed Jessica Hart, his second wife. They separated in 2007.
Criminal Records
Hall was accused of second-degree murder in 1983 after shooting an unarmed man with his own pistol outside of a nightclub in Orlando, Florida after wrestling it away from him. This, as per Hall, was undertaken out of self-defense.
Leading to a shortage of evidence, the charges were dismissed. Hall said he won’t ever forget the incident in a 2011 ESPN interview. Hall was also jailed in 1998 for molesting a 56-year-old lady even in a Baton Rouge hotel.
