Gary Cameron Owen was born on 26 July 1974 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Gary Owens and Barb Randal. Gary Cameron spent his childhood in an Oxford trailer park growing up with his six siblings.
His siblings are Dallas Edward Randall, Kyle Soto Randall, Kayla Owens, Michelle Truss, Emma Owens, and Ashley Muska. He comes from a huge family with many people. During his teens, he decided to pursue a career in stand-up comedy.
Owen enrolled in the Navy after graduating from Talawanda High School before focusing on stand-up comedy. He worked as a Presidential Honor Guard in the early 1990s, carrying flags and spanning rifles for prominent leaders such as Bill Clinton and George Bush.
After six years in the US Navy, Owen decided to quit in the mid-1990s to follow his dream of being a comedian, which he had pictured since high school. After attending numerous stand-up comedy events, he eventually signed up for a few shows in the town.
