Early Life

Priscilla Ann Wagner was born to US Navy pilot James Wagner and Ann on May 24, 1945, in Brooklyn, New York. When Priscilla was six months old, Wagner died in a plane crash while returning home on leave.

In 1948, Ann Wagner met a United States Air Force lieutenant named Paul Beaulieu. The family relocated from Connecticut to New Mexico to Maine during the following few years.
