Jenifer was born on March 29, 1976, in New York City. She is of American nationality. Her family then shifted to Spain for a few years and then relocated back to Florida so that Jenifer could pursue a career in Tennis. Her father Stefano was an Italian-based tennis coach and a former boxer. Her mother Denise was a Pan-Am Stewardess. Her parents trained her to be a tennis player ever even when she was still a toddler. Her personality attracted everyone and so did her game.
