His earliest biggest role was as a recurring character of the tv show Laugh-in, as a nightclub publicist and performer. Brown has also been on The Flip Wilson Show, The Jeffersons, Family Matters, Sister, The Jamie Foxx Show, The Wayans Brothers, and Martin, among other shows.
